SHIPPING INFORMATION

ORIGINALS — All original paintings are carefully packaged & shipped from Caroline’s studio in Macon, Georgia. You can expect your order to ship within 5-7 business days of your purchase date.

PRINTS & PRODUCTS — Prints & products are made to order. Please allow 10-12 days for shipping.

Fine art, prints, & products ship via UPS or USPS. Insurance is included in the cost of all original artwork.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order summary. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day & may be split across multiple shipments.

OUR RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please email studio@carolinedargel.com within 7 business days of your item’s arrival with photos of the damaged item & packaging to discuss a solution for your case.
