HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All original paintings are carefully packaged & shipped within 5-7 business days of your purchase date via FedEx or USPS from Caroline’s studio in Macon, Georgia.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order summary. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, please email studio@carolinedargel.com within 7 business days of your item’s arrival with photos of the damaged item & packaging to discuss a solution for your case.
